The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a prepayment equivalent to the totality of the stay. If we are able to re-rent the room(s), the prepaid amount will be applied with no additional fees toward the booking of a new reservation within the current year. If cancellation occurs within 8 days or in the event of an early departure during the stay, total payment of the booked services is due.
