Article 1 / Length of stay
The customer, after having completed his or her reservation for a fixed period, may, under no circumstance, claim any right to remain on the premises.
Article 2 / Reservation process
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a prepayment equivalent to the totality of the stay. By submitting the prepayment, you confirm your full agreement with the terms and conditions specified below. Please note that as long as the prepayment has not been made, the reservation is not confirmed and therefore we reserve the right to reclaim the rooms.
Article 3 / Check in
Our gîte accommodates a maximum of 3 people per room and does not allow for unaccompanied minor children.
Article 4 / Cancellation of the stay by the client
Changes are only possible with Kom’Home’s approval and may result in additional charges. Please be informed that if the reservation is cancelled before the beginning of the stay, the customer shall pay the following penalties:
If the cancellation occurs more than 8 days before the date of arrival, payment for the nights reserved will be surrendered to Kom’Home unless we are able to re-rent the room(s). If we are able to re-rent the room(s), the prepaid amount will be applied with no additional fees toward the booking of a new reservation within the current year. If cancellation occurs within 8 days or in the event of an early departure during the stay, total payment of the booked services is due.
Article 5 / Cancellation insurance
Please be advised that no cancellation insurance is included in our rates. We therefore strongly recommend that you purchase it via our site.
Article 6 / Cancellation of the stay by the owner
If, before the beginning of the stay, the owner needs to cancel the reservation, the client will immediately be informed via email. The customer will then be immediately and fully refunded the amount paid.
Article 7 / Arrival times
Guests must arrive on the day specified at the time of booking no earlier than 5:00 p.m. (the time the suites become available and the keys are handed over) and no later than 7:30 p.m. The customer must notify us via email at: contact@komhome.org or by phone at 06 65 98 14 76 if, due to circumstances, the arrival time needs to occur later than 7:30 pm.
Article 8 / Departure times
Departure time is no later than 11:00 am.
Article 9 / Payment of the balance for the accommodation
The balance of the stay (including any additional services) will be paid the day before departure, at the client’s initiative.
Article 10 / Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Article 11 / Use of the premises
We ask you to refrain from smoking inside the rooms and in the common areas.
The customer agrees to leave the rooms in perfect condition at the end of the stay and to declare without fail – and to assume financially – any damage he or she is responsible for. Guests’ attention is drawn to the fact that minors staying on the premises are placed under the sole and entire responsibility of their parents or persons having authority over them.
Kom’Home accepts no liability for loss, theft and/or damage or injury to the property and/or to persons on the property from any cause whatsoever.
Article 12 / Modification of the terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions of sale are subject to change at any time and without notice. Acceptance and compliance with these terms and conditions of sale shall be deemed to have been acquired as soon as the prepayment has been made.
Article 13 / Data Protection Act
In accordance with law n° 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to data processing, data files and freedoms, you have the right to access and rectify data concerning you. We guarantee that we will not pass the information you have given us on to other companies or organisations under any circumstances.
